The warmth and beauty of the surroundings of the Heritage Pointe Golf Clubhouse created an atmosphere to easily connect, relax and have fun for many women on Sunday.
As guests walked in the door they were greeted by Erica of Rowan House Emergency Shelter, Marianna & myself. First stop the incredible array of donated prizes for the Raffle that benefited Rowan House. over $3000 worth of prizes were donated, some of which were from wonderful women who weren’t there and wanted to support the cause.
Next, our wonderful young entrepreneurs; Megan 11yrs old showcased her beautiful artwork, Aubrey 10 yrs old showcased her fun cartoon paintings, Erica 11 yrs old showcased her wonderful Recipe Jars & Jenna 11yrs old showcased her handbags and yoga mats. The girls had such a wonderful day, they had so much fun together and were absolutely thrilled that they were able to sell their products. They received so much inspiration and empowerment and can’t wait for next year.
Onto the PowerShop area, with fantastic products for guests to get jump started on their Christmas Shopping! Just Like Mom featured; Nikken, OnlyGreen, Silpada Jewlery, Small Shifts Books, Advance Fit, Bella Parties, Tupperware, Epicure, Norwex, Winalite, Arbonne, Mary Kay, Rock Solid Masonry, Life Styles Signature Collection, Inspire Your Children, Glinda Girls, Bia Brazil Athletic Wear and Optionelle. All the ladies had a wonderful time and made some great friendships as well! And of course our Stampin UP table, where young & old were able to create and have fun!
Our Mini Spa area was a HUGE hit! Everyone, including young girls were given the opportunity to have their nails done by My Beauty Break, Make up by Ava Czymoch done, Indian Head Massage by Nadine of Shen-Om Therapy, Reikki by Sam of Cherub Consulting & Reflexology by Dawn. The gals were busy ALL day and many guests, exhibitors and young gals had the opportunity to experience these services for the first time. Also our wonderful Shirley Pitfold of Water Dragon did incredible Card Reading – WOW she was spot on with me!
Complimentary Coffee, tea, cookies and Nikken PiMag water along with delicious Soup was available to sit, relax & connect. I have to say Heritage Pointe makes the best Cream of Mushroom Soup I have EVER had – yummmmmm!!!! A HUGE thank you to EVERYONE who attended, to all the wonderful women who showcased their products, to Chelsea & Shar of Heritage Pointe Golf Club who were just amazing through out the entire organization process, to our wonderful Volunteers, to Lisa & Todd Ostrikoff of BizBOXTV who took great video footage and interviews for the day, to all the women who supported and encouraged us even though they were unable to make it, and especially to our incredible team Marianna Kindrachuk of homesbymarianna and Lynne MacQuarrie of Handler Inc.
