Fudges, otherwise very long – chocolate, with sesame or shortbread – everyone will find something for themselves. Fudges are all known delicacies, but to whom do they owe their name? How to make fudges?
Fudges cubes ingredients:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla pod or vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter
- I open a can of milk and pour the milk into the pan. I add vanilla pod cut in half, sugar and put on gas. Stirring constantly, I cook the mass until it turns golden brown as in the picture. Then I add butter, mix thoroughly again.
- Grease the food foil, sleeve or baking paper, put it into the mold and pour the fudge mass. I cool to room temperature and put in the fridge. I cut into pieces and keep in the cold so that the mass is quite hard and compact.
- baking margarine – 3 tbsp
- sweetened condensed milk – and can (approx. 400 g)
- vanilla flavor
- dessert chocolate – 230 g
- Chocolate cream (e.g. Nutella) – 1 glass
Preparation method: In the dish combine condensed milk, butter and vanilla aroma. Then add finely crushed chocolate and chocolate cream. Mix everything thoroughly. In order for the chocolate to dissolve, the mass dish should be placed in a pot filled with water and cooked in a hot bath. After this procedure, put the mass in a roasting dish (remember to smear it with butter beforehand), cool and cut into cubes. Fudges are ready!
