In a time where there is such tragedy going on around us, many prayers and love to everyone effected by the tragedy in Japan, there is a humble, beautiful story of love, hope and dreams right here in Calgary…
Sandra – a beautiful soul who has blessed the lives of so many, and continues to do so – who has given of herself so unconditionally, with beautiful love, humor, creativity, trust and loyalty. As her family and friends come to peace with the fact we are losing her to brain cancer, we have all found such love and peace in the outpouring of prayers and energy that is currently being experienced and shared through out the globe. Also peace in the loving care she is receiving at the hospice Sandra now calls home.
There is deep gratitude that this journey for Sandra has been painless, and witnessing her feel so calm and peaceful. The hope that may be just may be a miracle will occur and her life will be saved.

Thank you Heather Yourex of Global for beautifully piecing together Sandra’s Wish and to Katie of Metro News for her beautiful story. And to MANY others, including CTV and Entertainment Tonight – this is an unbelievable rally of prayers that are being sent worldwide for Sandra.
Secondly, this is also the story of a singer, a man who opened his heart to answer a wish. Michael Buble, what you have done for Sandra, her family and friends is so touching and incredibly beautiful. Although Sandra is quite unresponsive, her eyes open as she watches and takes in your message, your kindness has touched her parents and sister in a way I cannot do justice in words. You have also, given hope and faith back to thousands of people, whose hearts have been touched by your 2 minute & 7 second message of love.
Michael, you have won the hearts of many, most importantly you granted the wish of an ultimate fan, a human being and beautiful woman, who deserves to receive ALL the love on earth.
