Taking baby steps to move onwards and upwards through depression and anxiety.

This three hour peer mentor program will provide you with tools, support and empowerment to facilitate change that helps you through your journey with depression and/or anxiety.

  • Awareness, Acceptance & Action: Taking the steps to embrace and allow your journey to unfold.
  • Stand UP for yourself
  • Speak UP and ask for help
  • Show UP with kindness, love and gratitude

Workshops are designed with a four (4) week follow up program (1.5 hours each week) to apply the lessons learned into your life.

 

Taking steps to provide acceptance, love and kindness to your loved one.

By sharing what helped and what hindered, Lee will educate and empower you to provide the support and understanding your loved one needs through their journey with depression and anxiety.

This two hour talk/workshop will provide you with the tools you need to feel empowered to support your loved one by educating you about:

  • Warning signs
  • It’s not about you
  • How to S.U.P.P.O.R.T your loved one
  • Stand UP for yourself – setting healthy boundaries
  • Speak UP and ask for help – you need a support system as well
  • Show UP with kindness, love and gratitude
