As I read through the twitter streams using search words: need a hug, suicide – I am saddened to see how many of you are young adults.
I too, went through a time where I could not sleep, anxiety riddled me, frustration, anger and hopelessness filled every cell of my body that it ached.
You are not alone and you are beautiful in every single way! And even though you may not see it right now there is hope!
Reach out and ask someone you love, trust or a 24hr crisis line for help….
